Ad-Aware SE Personal edition can be downloaded from one of Lavasoft's mirror websites. Download links are available at Lavasoft's website*.
Select a mirror site and click on the link to go to that website. Locate the download link and click on it to start the download. A grey popup window will open up. The popup window is titled "File Download". Make sure that the File Name is "aawsepersonal.exe". Click on the "Save" button and select the folder "My Documents". Click "Save" again and the download will start.
